An honours graduate in Interior Architecture, Mia first gained her expertise in lettings with one of London’s largest international estate agencies. She was appointed to their flagship Kensington office, as well as to spells in Mayfair, St. John’s Wood and Hampstead.
Separately, she rose to be one of the highest performing senior negotiators in an international property firm. Mia also has first-hand experience of corporate tenants and relocation companies, and combines this with 25 years’ in-depth knowledge of living and working in North London.

Zac has extensive experience of the property market, covering a multitude of areas. Zac’s knowledge spans across London with his expertise primarily focusing on the North West London market. Customer service is key for Zac, helping clients from the very start of their journey, always going above and beyond and making the buying or selling process as smooth as possible.

Elissa is extremely educated on the London property Market with over 4 years’ experience working within the industry, previously working for a major international agency. Elissa has a positive attitude, desire to succeed and has superb creative expertise. Honesty and integrity, along with determination and dedication, are outlooks that Elissa strives for in all aspects of her life.

Gaia, our senior property manager has worked in the property industry for over seven years, Gaia provides excellent customer service and a vast knowledge of the different aspects of property. Emily-Jane has a background in real estate with a passion for property, she brings a unique blend of experience and enthusiasm to the team.
During her academic journey, she seamlessly balanced work and studies, contributing to the success of a prominent estate agency while completing her English Literature & French Degree at The University of Leeds. Outside of work, she loves to travel, explore different cultures and meet new people. She’s an avid reader and enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.

Block Manager
Natalia is bilingual and brings a unique background with degrees in both biology and nursing. However, her true passion has always been in the property industry.

Ryan Bunker
Lettings Co-ordinator / Property Manager
Ryan is an individual with a creative background, eager for a career in property – specifically in customer support and administration. After graduating with a 1st in Music Business and Live Entertainment at Edinburgh University, Ryan went on to work as a personal and executive assistant in companies such as Spotify and Depop. Working at these companies, he has crafted his skills in customer and client relations. He has strategically adapted his experience working in these creative sectors to fit Oakhill’s high level of customer and client communications.

Jade Muncey
Lettings Consultant
The newest member of the team, Jade has always worked within a customer facing role and firstly worked in hospitality management alongside completing a qualification in Business management before she endeavoured to start her career as a junior property consultant. Jade quickly realised that this was the perfect role for her. She flourished within her role and was soon promoted to property consultant and office coordinator where she dealt with a huge portfolio of landlords, properties and tenancies across Tunbridge Wells. Having fulfilled her job position in Kent, Jade made the move to London in order to progress further and continue her upward trajectory within her role. Jade is motivated and enthusiastic about all things property and having dedicated the last 2 years to the property industry and expanding her knowledge in residential lettings, Jade is excited to embellish all her passion and skills at Oakhill and grow within a new team.
Outside of work, Jade likes to spend time with family and friends, as well as keeping fit and walking her dog !
